THE WEEK AHEAD – ADP, CACI/NSS, G, DoD Budget, India. ADP (ADP) reports Wednesday morning and we will be focused on new bookings (which has been strong of late and growing double-digits), regulatory/Affordable Care Act updates, client retention metrics and management commentary on Workforce Now platform migration progress after some challenges were highlighted on the last call. Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider Genpact (G) reports Thursday night, and we look for success indicators of G helping clients with their mid/back-office systems as they make the transition to a more “digital” footing, and hopefully sustain the recent improvement in adjusted operating margin. Given all the news in the Government Services sector this week, CACI’s (CACI) report Wednesday night could prove to be the week’s highlight, especially given the expected closing of the acquisition of L-3 Communications’ (LLL) services unit (“NSS”) early next week. On Tuesday, Defense Secretary Carter is expected to preview the GFY17 defense budget request. Finally, next weekend we head to India for a week of meetings
